Residence
MIA's residence is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in
the heart of downtown Toronto. Students live in a shared apartment
style dormitory. Conveniently close to the TTC (Toronto Transit
Commission) subway and bus lines that provide easy access to McDonald
International Academy's Downtown and North York Campuses. Nearby,
numerous amenities, attractions and services are available for students.
Students are well cared for by a live-in Residence Advisor who is
on site 24/7 to ensure their safety and well-being. Expected occupancy
will begin July 2008.
Each Unit includes:
Fully furnished bedrooms (single or shared) with personal desk, dresser and closet space.
Fully heated and air conditioned facilities.
Pillows, sheets and blanket provided.
Weekly cleaning service.
Common areas include TV, seating and dining areas.
Wireless Internet Connection.
Full Kitchen and Bathroom.
Meal Plan available (optional).

Homestay
MIA provides full-service, high-quality homestay programs with airport
pick up available upon request. We find the most hospitable Canadian
families to ensure your satisfaction. Residence and apartment information
is also available upon request. Homestay costs are between CAD$750
to $850 per month including 2-3 meals a day. There is a $100 homestay
placement fee for those who request this service.
